All traffic and misdemeanor cases are heard before the municipal Judge at the Ragland Municipal Complex Building located at 220 Fredia Street on the second Monday of each month at 3:30 p.m.
Payment before Court
Anyone wishing to plead guilty to their traffic ticket before court must do so before your court date. You must sign the back side of your ticket or a Waiver and Advise of Rights to pay your ticket before court. If wishing to pay in person, you must come yourself; we cannot accept a guilty plea from anyone other than you. If paying by mail please send a money order and include your name and traffic ticket number.
Payment Information
We accept cash, money order, cashier check, visa, discover or master card, however, when you pay by credit card a convenience fee will apply. If you mail a payment in and would like a receipt you will need to enclose a self addressed stamped envelope with your payment.

Continuing Your Case
If you need to continue your case you must call prior to your court date. If summons or subpoenas have been issued in your case you may not be able to continue your case.
